Refund & Cancellation Policy
For a question about a charge or a refund, email admin@syncanix.com with your workspace name. This page is the plain-language summary of the refund and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service, which remain the binding agreement; where the two differ, the Terms govern.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time, yourself, from Billing in your dashboard — no email and no waiting on support. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your workspace keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing period. After you cancel we do not charge you again, and we do not prorate or refund the part-month already in progress — you keep full access until that period ends.
Annual and prepaid plans
Annual and other prepaid plans are non-refundable, and you keep the service for the full term you paid for. There are two exceptions where we refund the unused portion, prorated: if we end your subscription for convenience, or if we make a change to these terms that is materially adverse to you and you choose to leave within the notice window.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund applies, it is prorated to the unused portion of the term and paid within 30 days to the original payment method. We return refunds by the same method you paid with; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.
Disputed or duplicate charges
If a charge looks wrong — a duplicate, or an invoice you dispute in good faith — tell us within 30 days. While we resolve it, that invoice is not subject to late fees and your service is not suspended.
Free plan
The Free plan never charges you, so there is nothing to refund. Paid plans follow the cancellation and refund rules on this page.
