The four Syncanix plans — Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise — plus annual billing and discounts for nonprofits, education, and open source.
Syncanix offers five plans. They share the same core product; they differ in how many usage credits (UC) they include and which advanced controls are unlocked.
The plans
Pick the plan that matches your monthly usage (usage credits). You can move up or down at any time, and the change takes effect right away.
- Starter
- For a first production launch with a modest audience.
- Growth
- For a growing product, with a larger usage-credit (UC) allowance and the full feature set.
- Scale
- For high-traffic products, where bringing your own model key keeps costs down.
- Enterprise
- Custom terms with an uncapped usage-credit (UC) allowance, private deployment options, and a negotiated agreement.
Evaluating Syncanix
There is no automatic free trial. A workspace serves the agent once it is on a paid plan, or when we grant it time-boxed access for an evaluation — talk to us if you want to run one. Granted access always has an end date, and your billing page shows how long is left.
Annual billing
Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual prepay is discounted 10%, with deeper discounts on 2- and 3-year terms. See the pricing page for current annual terms.
Nonprofit, education & open source
If you run a nonprofit, an educational project, or maintain open-source software, you can apply for a discount. Applications are reviewed individually.

- Schools, universities, students, and educators.
- Maintainers of active open-source projects.
