Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, or ChatGPT to your Syncanix MCP server so an AI client can use your API on your behalf.
Your workspace exposes a per-tenant MCP server, so AI clients can use your API directly. This guide connects one.
Supported clients
The MCP server works with any MCP-capable client, including:
- Claude Desktop
- Cursor
- ChatGPT (via Connectors)
Steps
- Find your workspace URLIn the dashboard, open the MCP page and copy your workspace's connection URL.
- Add the server to your clientIn your AI client’s MCP settings, add the Syncanix server URL for your workspace.
- AuthorizeYour client opens your identity provider’s sign-in. Approve it, and the client is authorized to act for you — no token to copy by hand.
- Verify the tools appearConfirm your workspace’s tools show up in the client and try one.
