The dashboard
Where you configure your workspace — the catalog, persona, knowledge, design, team, and billing — all in one place.
The dashboard at app.syncanix.com is where your team configures everything: what the assistant can do, how it sounds, where it appears, and how it is run. This page is a quick tour.
Finding your way around
The sidebar is in seven groups, each named after what you are trying to do:
- Agent
- What the assistant can do and what it knows: the tools catalog, prompts, your documentation, approved websites, and the two analytics surfaces — Impact and the interaction map.
- Surfaces
- What a visitor actually meets: the Design Studio, chat starters, proactive nudges, per-page rules, the playground, the component library, and how a composed answer is built.
- Observability
- What happened, and to whom: monitoring, the compliance scan, conversation logs, the people the assistant has met, the audit log, and per-event usage.
- Controls & limits
- Ceilings you set in advance: spend caps, usage alarms and rate limits. These bound what the assistant can cost and how fast it can be used, whatever else is configured.
- Connect
- Everything that joins Syncanix to something else in one place: your MCP server URL, the origins the widget may load on, your own AI provider key or endpoint, a custom domain, and webhook destinations.
- Org & settings
- The workspace itself: its settings, the people on it and what each may do, API keys, billing, and Labs — where features still in development are switched on and off.
Above the groups sits Overview — the workspace’s home page, with the setup checklist, recent activity and the numbers worth glancing at daily.
Workspaces & environments
Switch between workspaces from the top bar. Next to it, an environment switcher toggles between Development and Production — most pages show the data for the environment you’re in, so you can set things up safely in Development first.
Your account menu
The user menu holds your name and email, a language picker for all six languages, a light/dark theme toggle, and sign-out.
Getting set up
A setup checklist on the home page walks you through the first steps — creating a workspace, choosing a persona, picking a chat surface, and embedding the widget — and disappears once you’re done.
