See how the assistant is performing, what it costs, and a full record of what happened.
The Platform group includes everything you need to operate the assistant: live monitoring, cost visibility, a searchable usage log, and a complete audit trail.
Monitoring
The monitoring dashboard brings together the signals that tell you how the assistant is doing:
- Live conversations — what’s happening right now.
- Failed and refused requests — errors, refusals, and low-confidence answers to review.
- Coverage and drift — where the catalog has gaps, and where your app has changed.
- Feedback and sentiment — how satisfied your users are, and permission failures by tool.
Cost
Cost and usage live under Settings → Billing: track your compute-unit usage against your plan and review your invoices. Spend caps let you cap cost per workspace, user, or conversation.
Usage logs
A searchable, filterable log of events — conversations, messages, tool calls, refusals, and cost events — that you can export as CSV for your own analysis.
Audit log
A complete activity timeline of overrides, promotions, and key changes, filterable by environment, action type, and time range, with before/after detail on each entry.
